Tenzu Shimako is a Breton hailing from Cyrodiil. A native of Skingrad, Tenzu was known more as the town drunk than his other skills. Having grown tired of the old Cyrodiilic stuff, he decided to go north to Skyrim, where new types of alcoholic drinks awaited him.

But instead of a nice visit across the border, he walked into an ambush with the Stormcloaks and was sent to Helgen to be executed.

If I get out of this alive, I'm never drinking again.

That was his last thought before being sent to the chopping block. Thinking it was all over, a dragon swooped down upon one of Helgen's watchtowers and attacked. In the confusion, he slipped away with Ralof out of Helgen. Staying true to his word, he never drank again.

The skills people thought less of were the ones he would rely on most. Always wearing a low class outfit, being just a pair of trousers, the weather didn't affect him much. He used to always camp out on the Jerall mountains wearing nothing but a pair of pants, boots, and bracers. His weapon of choice is his bow and arrows. He is sneaky, and his arrows strike true as if blessed by Kynareth. He is also a brilliant tactician, thinking up to two to three steps ahead of his pursuers and opponents. If he didn't consider the military such a drag, he could easily become a high ranking soldier. Instead, he just keeps to himself most of the time, hunting, helping out travelers on the road who were ambushed by bandits, and just loafing around.
