    hehe I love this NPC in game, he's the only one to make use of the guard's "lolligagin" quote (whatever lolligaging is in the first place, its so obscure that im pretty sure I spelled it wrong)

      ah... wait and thats Illegal in Skyrim? no wonder those guys are always working so hard, the guard might arrest you if you take a break O_o
