I'm using an ENB mod that adds depth of field. I type TFC 1 in the console to freeze the image and then I can move the camera any where I want, the depth of field is dynamic and will focus on whatever you are looking at and keep the distances out of focus. ENB is fantastic and is one of the reasons I gave my PS3 version of Skyrim to my aunt and bought a gaming PC for myself.
