   I think, if I'm reading correctly, that you can change/adjust her warpaint via the console in game. if you hit ` and then enter showracemenu, it'll pull up the racemenu and you can edit your girl in game.
   
   As for the tints, if you're talking about the warpaint, there should be an option in RaceMenu (or it's extension) at the very end where you can edit the colors.
   
   I'm not sure if that helps with your problem/if that is your problem but if you want, I'll take some screenshots to show you what I'm describing very poorly.

      Well thank you for trying but I don't think I can use Showracemenu with a NPC :/

   A very unique interesting character, with wonderful looks (har + eyes = WOW!). And great moody shots with a great looking ENB....all together : ENDORSED
