A new shield I created (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39677). I had been
contemplating what kind of shield would most benefit a mage, especially with the
loss of dual casting (while shield equipped), and your spell buffer resetting
when you block. So this shield will boost magic resistance when equipped,
hasten magicka recovery when blocking, and cast flame cloak momentarily when
doing a power bash (perk must be unlocked). Maybe not lore friendly, but an
experiment. ;)
