I used the Cicero marriage mod and Crazy Sexy Cicero edit to change Cicero's appearence slightly. I advise getting them if you love Cicero.

    nice shot but have to say I do love Cicero, love to kill the creepy little guy lol but kept him alive t his time... never know when you might need him...

      Alma keeps him around because he is crazy and creepy.. that and because she is listener.. she can dominate him easily. At least thats how it goes down in my headcanon.
