    This looks great! Not to be a back seat driver but, wouldn't it make a little more sense if the face and veins at stage 4 were more blue/purple and dead looking since the Vampire is blood deprived, rather than more red and inflamed? Just my 2cents. Looks amazing so far.

    This is something that in my opinion should have been included in vanilla skyrim, nice that you thought of this idea.
    You probably heard this before but it would be nice if you would make Nika into a follower or player preset, She's amazing !
    The following statement is probably my opinion only but she'd make a perfect Serana to. I guess it's your player charachter so you never thought of that, just saying...

      The description above is a little out dated, as we are getting close to beta testing for DVA - Dynamic Vampire Appearance. After that is released, I am considering releasing Nika as a custom follower that will have a dynamic appearance (so non vampire players can experience DVA). There are some stumbling blocks, such as making NPC eyes go from non-glowing to glowing, but I'm hoping we can get it working.

      Nice to hear that you are planning a Nika follower! I'm awaiting the 2 mods with much anticipation. Now we just have to be patient and give you the time to work out the bugs and problems. I hope that things go smoothly but thats probably not the case.

      Very cool idea!
      To get the change to happen automatically you'd have to tie into the PlayerVampireQuest script - specifically the VampireProgression section.

      However, it would be tedious to use a modified version of my script because you'd have to update it every time my mod was updated.

      I suggest you create a quest that runs at startup with a script attached to it. Have the script update every 30 seconds (maybe less but that may be a little intensive) and monitor my mod's "VampireStageGlobal" global variable.

      Have it check like this:

      If VampireStageGlobal.GetValue() == 1 ; well fed vampire
      If (player has your visual effect for stage 1)
      ; do nothing
      Else
      (your commands to change visual appearance here)
      EndIf
      ElseIf VampireStageGlobal.GetValue() == 2 ; slight hunger
      ...
      ...
      ...
      EndIf

      That should do it. I'm not certain if other vampire mods use global variables you can access like my mod does, but that would allow compatibility. Hope my suggestions help.
