OK, finally fixed the wig that changes colour, after some intensive scripting lessons XD
On previous version the wig didn't keep the hair colour if you unequipped it or if you exited Skyrim completely and then luched the game again and loaded the savegame (you had to enter showracemenu and set your character's hair colour again)
I've added some scripts, that require SKSE, to fix that. As the SKSE functions I've used only work on the player character, I've also re-added 8 wigs with fix colour for NPCs.
Hope everything works fine, now ;)

The script is not difficult (thanks to the SKSE team) the problem is that I am very dumb for scripting! XD
