Started getting this when I changed to Somber ENB, disappeared when I removed the files again o_o

  just tried that removed all enb files and even did a clean re-install of skyrim to no avail, is there a way to turn snowflakes off?

I've noticed I've been getting this too, I haven't altered many mods since my last playthrough and I had no problems then so I'm really confused. I also tried installing a snowflake mod but it didn't stop them, however you can see some proper snowflakes among the blue ones.

  ive noticed that i was playing it fine last night then loaded it up this morning and bam blue snowflakes ive tried archive invalidation new snowflakes and even setting setting the game to the lowest visual settings to no avail
