About this image

Hey guys

Can someone make this kind of armor, or is it allready made once?
I cant make it my self because for some reason my blender of 3dmax do not work
So i hoped someone could help me out??
I myself thougt to make the nighingale armor but without the arms.
Leave suggestions in comment section !!
