    Poor Isaac is devastated over Hildi and feeling like a massive load of sh*t now for failing to keep watch, and the result of that had just made his bezerker-like battle rage explode all over Aleksei....

    Serana is an obvious expert on Hildi's chances of survival, and any 'symptoms' that she might now have....
    What about sweet Hildi now? Will she now be turned because of that bite? If so, what's Isaac gonna think of that, knowing his hatred for such UNdead?
    You just love these cliffhangers don't you?

      But we will see!
      Aaaaaand yes I love making cliffhangers, but I don't know how to end the episodes the way I want them otherwise ^^

    The world is cuel that it took so long for Isaac and Serana to arrive, leaving her in that twisted one's hands, to endure his unsettling touch, to be wounded so grievously and nearly left to die. At least those two shadows got a harsh lesson at the hands of vampire and fighter, sent tumbling down that well have passed near death as Hildi did. At least there is a sign of life in Hildi, her strength faint but still there though I fear she may not be the same when she wakes, a dark cloud hangs over her, Serana seems to know of that danger. Such a suspenseful and captivating chapter, excellent work!!

      Aye I felt a bit sorry for her but excited at the same time as I had to think from Alekseis point of view.
      Oh how cruel life can be!

      It remains to see when they encounter eachother next!

    Wow, great chapter! Poor Hildi to be alone at that monsters mercy, when Isaac charged him, the way he was fighting like a man possessed, his eyes like steel, was amazing the way you described the scene makes you feel like you are there routing for them kill Aleksei.. Cant wait till next chapter, very exciting!! Wonderful pic to go with story also, makes become so alive!!
