Gersilla: Fonnheim is a really sweet place to own.
Helina: Superb home, great followers, good location.
Caradhwen: The last mod Carah did for Skyrim.

If you have not taken a look at this place, I strongly suggest you do. Large house you can own after doing a quest. 5 NPCs live there, 3 of them can be followers, some can train you. One of the followers may surprise you. A summonable horse that will never get lost or misplaced. Bedrooms for up to 7 followers, smithy, enchanting, alchemy stuff, kitchen and plenty of storage. West of Windhelm. A home truly worth endorsing and giving a kudos to the modder.
