    She is beautiful. Great work!! I like the name Niah, (Gaelic, Swahili), and the meaning of Niah is "lustrous; goal, purpose".

    The Grayfell calls her Scylla but that is just his own eyes. When the Grayfell seeks a name he lets them wander a while, he watches them when they walk the frosts, when they talk to people, he see's who they are and then a title presents it'self. They choose their own names.


    The Grayfell is envious though. For now you have made him want an elf.

      I don't know if you have children IRL, but choosing a name is always hard. I don't think the perfect name exist, you should simply follow your feeling. Especially in a fantasy context where the possibilities are infinite, the perfect name might be an unreachable grail, and the great names are legions ... choosing one is a matter of feeling of the moment. well, this is just my opinion and how i came to my propositions earlier, by looking at her during a couple of minutes, imagining who she might be.

    A couple of names she inspires me:
    into brackets, the personality that i feel going with the name.

    Ethiae (strong and determined)
    Elerynn (lonesome and cunning)
    Celes (kind and friendly but merciless to her foes)


    hope one of these suits you as well, or at least gives you ideas !

      :O Elerynn sounds like gold. And the personality you described for the name really fits into her backstory. Unless I can think of something I like more or someone posts something else that catches my eye, I think this is the one! Thanks very much!
