At first it seemed like Baratius had done something wrong. But when Legate Kamaroth started to smile, he knew that he did a good job.

Legate Kamaroth: Baratius! You have shown your skill and your grown experience in this battle! Battles are won by excellent soldiers! That´s why I´ll promote you to the rank of a Praefect!
I´ll change your rank in the book of my garrison and you shall now get more respect and responsibility. May your new rank bring you pride and motivation!

Baratius: Thank you, Legate!

Legate Kamaroth went to the communitytent, where he had his book.

Legate Kamaroth took his book and changed Baratius rank to Praefect.

Now it was official.

Legate Kamaroth relaxed a bit and waited for the evening, when he should ride back to Castle Dour and report to General Tullius.

Zuerst sah es so aus, als hätte Baratius etwas angestellt. Aber als Legat Kamaroth begann zu lächeln, wusste er, er war positiv aufgefallen.

Legat Kamaroth: Baratius! Ihr habt Eure Fähigkeit und Eure wachsende Erfahrung im Kampf unter Beweis gestellt. Darum befördere ich Euch zum Praefect. Ich ändere Euren Rang in meinem Garnisonsbuch und Ihr solltet nun mehr respekt und Verantwortung genießen. Möge Euer neuer Rang Euch Stolz und Motivation bringen!
