    Would that be a Tribunal Mask at all? I have it installed but yet to make good use of it, waiting for my enchanting skills to go up before I think about crafting them (at the moment my arch mage robe trumps everything)

      It's from some dragon-ebony armor. There is 6 or 8 helm types) Hope it's help)
