Simple, straightforward and without frills.

Change my computer should be a joy, but at the thought of having to re-install all over again and groped to restore "her" from scratch makes me very sad. I feel a bit like an Executioner in front of his sacrificial victim. She will rise from the ashes like the phoenix? Theoretically it should, even if creating a character is a sophisticated work of alchemy.

You can copy the entire Data folder and export of your loadorder, after you reinstall the game, just place it back, this worked for me when I had to format my computer.(I hope I didn't make a double post T^T)

  I just had to do this myself and everything was intact.
  
  I put every fold in an external drive, then copied it back over, reinstalled steam and loaded up Skyrim after checking to make sure NMM showed the mods and... well it worked.

  The problem is the version of the game, i'm still in 1.8. The thing to do would be to upgrade to 1.9 and then play a bit and see if any problems have arisen. Although it would be always better to start with the mod from the final version of the game. What interests me is to save the appearance of the character, and play it with a decent frame rate with a good ENB. Thanks for the valuable advice anyway.

  but perhaps this is the problem ... There are many beautiful characters, but not many reach the state of identity, individuality, in the sense of a certain recognition. For many years that play with a female character named Kartika, but basically never had a determined face, now has a face and that name will always be linked to that face. The tragic to become individuals, to be one thing and not another, philosophically approached "her" in some way to something specific of life, unique and unrepeatable, but also hands over to its inevitable fate, which is death. The price is the frailty of beauty, we think we get bogged down in a silly game and instead somehow we're looking in the mirror the enigma that we ourselves are.

you mostly only need to backup the female mesh and texture directory and a save game

  It is certainly one of the options, but the problem is that my version of the game is still at 1.8, so is the savegame that is the real problem.
