Another one of Valkirya's (see the Short Stories in my profile if curious) friends.
Anveela is still a work in progress. A standalone follower for my own use (for now), I want to give some pearlescent shine to her skin and make it look as natural as possible, as well I want her to have platinum-colored hair, but I hate the way the CK handles custom colors. It is so tiresome to try to find just the right colors!
I am also not completely happy with her face.
About the colors, I am still going through the same struggle with another character, Ellenarallieva: I spent almost an hour trying to find the correct color for Ellenarallieva's hair and I still have to find a good bronze-like skin tone for her. In the end, I was sooo tired that I stopped working on her, though not permanently, just temporarily.
Anveela seems to be a bit easier to create, though, and I might attempt to finish her this weekend.
Such a long way to go!
Back to Anveela, she is supposed to be a ghaele (a type of Celestial from Dungeons and Dragons 3.5, because I do not like the 4.0 version) War Commander of Lathander, the Sun God.
She was fighting with Valkirya and the others (all in my profile with the Exception of the redhaired ningheim, who is part of another story entirely) against the dragon that cursed her lover, Ikyrath, when the spellbattle went wrong, creating a magical rift that sent them all into a different world, which is the Skyrim we all know and love.
When I am done with Anveela (and Ellenarallieva) I will, of course, add more screenshots.
Soon Valkirya will meet both women.
I am also currently trying to make Valkirya's twin brother as a standalone Ningheim, but I need first to figure out how to make it work.

For the color I came up with an idea just now. If you're using RaceMenu try to find the right colour in-game (easier than in the CK) and when you have it make a screenshot of the values + filled in color in the little square. That way you have the values, but more importantly you can use the color picker in PS/GIMP to get the exact color you used from the little square RaceMenu fills up. You'll only have to set the values in the CK ColorForm and you're set to go.
For the Ningheim follower you could change one of the followers in my plugin into your own. Delete the rest, export your follower's FaceData, and then re-name the plugin to your preferred plugin name and clean it in TES5Edit (Click ESP->Apply Filter for Cleaning -> Clean Identical to Master Records + Undelete and Disable References -> Close TES5Edit to save). Don't forget to change the Ningheim esp master to an ESM. The steps to get a ESM are in the Ningheim page's FAQ.

As for the Ningheim follower, I was going to try something similar to what you suggested. I will do this tonight, as soon as Anveela is finished.
