   She's actually an imperial but she has elf eyes. I made a mod that adds the elf eyes to the imperial race. I am also using CBBE, Women of Skyrim, No more Blocky faces, Race Menu, Better Makeup for SKSE. That's most of it.

   I hate female hands in skyrim... The wrists are just too wide, I think that's the heart of the issue.
