I just got a mod series called Sexy Cities. What it does is it tries to create a more colorful, fantastical world rather than the bleak, colorless tundra of Skyrim. And it does this by retexturing the cities. But this author has done far more than simply saturate a rooftop here and touch up a stone there.
But I think it's only fair you find this out for yourself. :)

Why bother talking about sexy cities if you just fill the screen with (admittedly cool, yes, but still) Geralt, with depth of field blurring the background too! xD
