The mods used here are Ethereal Elven Overhaul, SG Female Textures Renewal (face), Battle Hardened Warpaints, the eyes came from the Ningheim race, and the eyelashes from HN66s Long Eyelashes.
Want to give a shoutout to two of my favorite screenarchers Grace Darkling and MissLexi, this character is a tribute to (and kind of a combination of) both of your lovely wood elves.

You and I seem to find much the same things attractive (as in, I think all your characters are beautiful, with features placed so as to be aesthetically pleasing.) Some folks post pics up and I just think to myself "Does he not notice her eyes are too close together?" Or "that mouth is WAY too high," "the nose needs to come up a smidge." etc. Yours are always perfect.
I made a Ningheim character, and while she was pretty, she was almost generically pretty. She didn't seem to have as much personality as your characters, and I hope this one of mine have. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Images/249338/? She's cute, but it's almost an anime cute. I may try with this race again, but I still have yet to even finish the game. I'm having too much fun modding the crap out of it. :-)
You do get the benefit of getting rid of the funky triangular shape at the inner corner of the eye using the Ningheim textures, too.
