About this image

This sunrise looked great, but can anyone explain if there's a way to get rid of the small band of "nothingness" just below the sun? You can see some of the sun reflected on the water but then that texture or whatever just abruptly cuts off.

Is this related to ugrids or is there another fix? I'd rather not up the ugrids as I am quite happy with my stability and performance right now.

Thanks!

Thanks for the responses, I figured it was just the end of the world space, usually not an issue when you're at low altitudes.

It's the fog level in the skybox. Try taking a picture at a lower altitude.

A short answer to your question, no - that's horizon color in CK, and you can only reduce the issue by playing with the color to make it blend more or less nicely with the sea and/or lower sky color.

    Pretty shot, in any case.
