Project ENB by bronze316 modified to support RLO 4.0.7c next to CoT 3.1.
Tweaks have been done to a lot of area's in lighting besides making it RLO compatible to my own liking. I hope you enjoy.

    Quite dark, need to have a torch in your inventory at all times just in case too dark - BUT to make it all clear, darkness in Skyrim are really cool!
