Moranan and Ralof escaped Helgan at last, and once they got to Riverwood Moranna was keen to wash the ash, blood and sweat off. The stench of ash and burning wouldn't leave her anytime soon.


After Ralof's sister gave her some supplies and urged her to go to Whiterun to warn the Yarl about the dragon... with nowhere else to go, Moranna agreed. Since she was technically on the run, the Jarl might offer her a pardon once she explained how she was accidently caught up in all this mess... or they might lock her away for being a madwoman raving about dragons. She'd best set off soon, it was getting dark and Moranna didn't fancy any more nasty encounters...
