Cyrelian was born on the Summerset Isles. As he grew up, he became aware of the Aldmeri Dominion's atrocities and openly spoke out against it. Being born of certain height in the Altmeri society he was not executed for treason, but exiled from the Isles. He spent his Late youth travelling the Tamrielic continent. He developed some kind of reverse racism, feeling extreme hatred towards other High Elves and grew his hair out to cover his ears in shame of his own descent. Unfortunately he overgeneralized his hate, so that while he primarily hates Altmer, he is generally suspicious of other elven individuals.
