      Now there's a thing - I actually have UFO, but she still wouldn't join me without ditching Lydia (and then only after using command "set playerfollowercount to 0").
      She was proving stubborn even before she joined me

      yeah its course Bethesda never released the extra content/scripts the creation of UFO needed to make the follower's work the way he wanted them to, he has made compatibility files for the DLC's but they are not perfect as they lag the content he needed for the mod, so its quite possible they will still glitch,

      personally i stooped using UFO, I really love the consent but its too over complicated to my taste and having more then 1 follower feels too powerful to me (i mean what would prevent me from building up a army and just telling my followers to raid a fort while i kick back and relax? the only thing i really liked was that you could get guards to follow you as you become thane of a hold, but unfortunately that function stopped working for me after a specific update and never worked again, loosing the last part I liked about UFO

      I reported it but it never got fixed, and i have no idea what the creator might have responded at the time course my message just got washed away by the flood of other people commenting

      I know what you mean about over powered and I try not to have more than 1 (otherwise they tend to get in the way of shots anyway). But for doing funnies, it has made life so much easier being able to command more. For the Skyrim Olympic series I think I had about 14 (all to dress and pose). It was a bloody nightmare and would have been impossible without something like UFO.

      If you've not done them yet, the Olympic ones are worth a look...

    I'm sure that it'll be only a matter of time and the Idiot Elf will be back with Lydia.
    Serana is waaaaay too picky in what she's carrying.

      Serana is way to picky in anything, even if you take all the best replies during the story mode and get her to "like" the player, she will just keep on complaining about every small thing when shes traveling with you (i think this is why bethesda did not make her marriable, when you marry her, the player character will simply go mad XD)

      I stopped using her as a follower after her constant nagging just became to much to take (5 minutes after the main dawnguard quest was finished)

      Have to agree with you there. Already played Dawnguard through once as a Vamp, and when done, I didn't rush back to get her as a follower.
      Perhaps I'll warm to her more this time around.

    I'm so happy for Lydia, but all change brings a price, who should I fear for....Lydia or the Elf...?

    O by the divines, Serana is going to try to run away only 5 minutes after they will have left the gate of fort dawnguard! (about the time needed for the dumb elf to create at least 7 natural disasters)

    "Next week on the beaches of Elsweyr"

    *Lydia lying in a beach chair, kicking back and relaxing with a bottle of Skooma light (same taste, less moon-sugar)
    thinking by herself "Wonder how long its going to take for Serane to come here begging on her knees for me to take the Elf back" XD
