    So is this just an empty game world or are the quests creatures and story lines and NPC's imported as well?

      They're planning to import quests etc over but oblivion doesn't fit in the CK with skyrim so it's doubtful it will be finished. Skywind should be fine though.

      I'm confident they'll find a way.
      Haven't installed it yet myself, but is the actual oblivion realm also visitable yet?
      Haven't seen screens of that, so I was just wondering.

      It probably is but I've not looked up the cell codes for it yet.

    definitely downloading skyblivion now

      It constantly crashes and it's a pain to set up but worth it for wandering round and taking some shots but I can't ever see it being finished as it's too big.
      I'm using vanilla skyrim with hires pack and qarl oblivion texture pack 3.
