Catching up on these chapters that I missed... not going to comment on them all however, I will endorse them as I'm done reading...

You ought to write a bona fide novel like this, set in Skyrim.
It would appear that the mythical "Norns", weavers of the threads of Fate, have just shortened Grelod the UNkind's life-thread considerably!
    Endorsed.
Thanks and cheers for this excellent series, jess!

I first just endorsed cause i couldnt read... but now when i have finally read it all i think it all was excellently written, as usual, Jess.. you do a great job! Keep it up and i'll be looking forward to next part of Rathe's journey to Riften to seek answers about "the Albino" and about that mysterious guy "Butcher" ... though if Aretino's hope would come true in his desperate ritualistic way of calling out the Dark Brotherhood, Rathe will ever pay a visit to Grelod the Kind... will see! Well done!

A beautifully crafted tale of Rathe, filled with such intrigue and a wonderful gritty atmosphere of that cold city. Love how his different skills manifest themselves as one reads, that skills of blade and bow in his swift defeat of bandit and beast, that calm that allows one to pass guards without even a glance, that silence in his steps surprising the guard as if he had simply appeared next to him, that mask of pleasantness that he puts on to draw information from him even though he has disdain for him, knowing when to use his cold gaze to keep curious person away, him being able to read Sadri's face as a scholar would a book, his weaving of threat and argument as he asks questions of him. His ear is keen too in hearing whispers of the Aretino boy and his dark ritual, one can see some of that other side in him in his concern for one so young would call the brotherhood and it seems Grelod has really waked that anger that her holds, a very dangerous thing for that cruel matron. Such excellent work, Jess, a tale that really pulls one in as the path of Kyra does

I like that you noticed it is a grittier and darker tale than Kyra's. I really was trying for a change of atmosphere for Rathe and maybe I got it! Thanks dear one!

Like Nataly already expressed, you really give this character depth by describing his cold, dark side so well. A side that allows no one to come close and yet he takes an interest in this young boy.
Well written and the images are awesome.

Such awesome series of shots, featuring charismatic and fierce Rathe and his journey with great expression and posing! Fantastic story, so wonderfully written! It is great how you portrayed Rathe, he is so serious and determined, the aura of menace around him almost visible, scaring those who have enough good sense not to cross such person as him. It was wonderful to read about his dealing with Sadri, the tension that he felt around Rathe, uneasiness, even slight desperation, no wonder than he told him what he knows about his contacts. Although it was very interesting to see Rathe other side emerging, when he heard about Aretino, ruthless and fearsome assassin Rathe may be but he has a heart, no matter what he may tell even himself. I wonder how this platys out. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful work!
