About this image

I'm fairly new to Skyrim so I haven't figured out how to remove the cross-hairs from the screen so I can take good screenshots.... *sigh*

Otherwise it's a pretty shot....

    Callia this is the same thing NWelf sayd but a bit symple.
    -When you see your character and/or other npcs is/are in the right place, open console and type TFC 1, to freeze the scene, then close console and move arround with WASD and mouse.

    -Use the FOV (field of view) command to zoom in/out from 0.01 to let's say 100, the default value is 75 (FOV 75)or type only FOV on console.

    -When you see you have the capture you want, open console again and type TM.

    -Now take the screen shot.

    -To get back in the game, if you did not closed the console, if you don't know if console is open try to move the mouse, if the the image moves, open console, if not press up and enter, or type TM and you should be able to see your console again.

    -Type FOV, FOV 0 or FOV 75 to get to normal zoom.

    -Finaly type TFC 1 and close the console, to get back on game.

    Basic commands to screenshots:
    -TFC 1;
    -FOV ##;
    -TM.

    If you have any question feel free to ask
    Thanks.

    Two little tips for taking screenshots:

    1. Open console and type tfc 1 then hit enter
    -it will freeze the action and allow free movement of the camera.
    -use the WSAD buttons to move the camera forward, backward, and side-to-side
    -use left and right mouse buttons to move camera up and down.
    -Close console and move camera to where you want it.

    **use the fov command (field of view)(1-100) to zoom in and out (example: fov 30 will bring the camera in close - while fov 70 will zoom it out) (I believe the default fov is like 70 or 75)

    **you can find some examples of different camera angles and distances on my profile page under images - if you want some ideas.

    2. Once you have the camera right where you want it - then reopen the console and type: tm 1 and hit enter.
    - This will remove the whole interface from view.
    -Dont forget to close the console again before taking your screenshot as you wont be able to see it with the HUD gone!!
    -Take your screenshot(s)
    -once you are finished, reopen the console (remember you wont be able to see it still, so dont freak out if you dont see it)
    -type tm 1 again and hit enter (that will bring your HUD back up)
    -then type tfc 1 again and hit enter (that will unfreeze everything and resume normal camera mode)

    **Don't forget to reset your fov back to 70 or whatever default you have it at)
    -Close the console one last time and your back and ready to continue your adventures!

    ** repeat steps as needed, so you can get several different angles and distances shots- only thing to remember is after youve taken your first screenshot if you want to do other angles and such from your characters current position just remember to only toggle tm 1 off then close console, move camera to new angle /distance and repeat the tm 1 command. Don't toggle tfc 1 until your done getting all the different screenshots you want from it.

    Hope this helps!
