   first of all it's not easy at all, "what program to use", it's not even one, you have to make the model, then texture, put it ingame... It's a hard and long thing, even more for making so much things. having the design is a very small part of it.
   Anyway if want to get some of those done you'd better post it in the mod request forum, images don't get much views...
