I was trying to think of a fitting term to describe the overall 'feel' or 'mood' that this enb imparts, but it wasn't until I saw Jafin's comment that it hit me. "A little washed out" is a great observation - in the most positive sense, of course - and that, I feel, is the thematic framework upon which Skyrim is built. Cold. Vapid. Unforgiving. Harsh. And all the while remaining frequent in its glimpses of beauty and hope; at times, even awe.
Didn't mean to go all deep on ya, but what can I say? Those pictures inspired it out of me
