She may be a vampire now but that doesn't mean she doesn't care. She can't help it if the people she cures sometimes die of mysterious blood loss.
This mod makes playing a vampire less of a pain, at least in my non-Dawnguard game. No need for constant feeding, just bring a snack with you :)
