Not sure what body mesh is being used for the top, but it's causing the clipping on the sleeves. I don't see why they don't just place a vertice in the center of each geometric joint and have clothing auto-scale to a body when it loads. Then all clothing and armor would fit any body so long as the body has matching joint vertices. Thanks for the feedback!
