Is athat Omega's armor mashup ? Looks pretty awesome to me. I liked his compliations of armors that came out. He's really good with textures and meshes too.
It's called Ranger armor if I remember correctly. Sorry, I have a hard time telling which armor belongs to what mod with all these awesome big compilation mods such as Omega's and Immersive series. I guess I can check it out for you via console commands and load orders.
