Textured weapon

So I had some time this Easter holiday to finally play the Dragonborn DLC, only to realize I couldn\'t find a single weapon I thought would be suited to Hermaeus Mora's daedric realm except Mirak's sword which I didn't like all that much and so I decided to continue my work on my madness set from a couple months ago. I managed to finish all the textures and redid a lot of the sculpting, one comment I believe on previous pictures was that the sword appeared to be made of "plastic" something that I aimed to rectify. My idea was that it would be a sword made at the base primarily of ebony and trimmed with madness ore. So let me know what you think of it by leaving a comment.

I love the somewhat organic and mysterious look of it.
No clear origin of the material.
Have you read any lovecraft books? The statue of cthulhu is described to be made from some unknown material, this made me immediately to think about that.
(And of the weapons in morrowind, of course.)
