The touch more softness to her skin texture without the sharpening looks a tad better in my eyes,as Willow and Feenix said there is a more natural aspect to that softness, it is a subtle difference and in both she looks quite the striking one with that warpaint in strands like silken strings

First, she's gorgeous (if a little intimidating ) either way. I agree with Willow; No sharpening looks a smidge better. Just a smidge.

I like the sharpening. It can be difficult to balance sometimes, because as you've said elsewhere it can undo some of the work that SMAA has done. But I think there is a balance to be found, and the extra help that lumasharpening can do to bring out just a bit more detail in some textures is worth it, for me. But then, I'm not a no-jaggies-whatsoever kinda person to begin with and am happy to compromise - I suppose it depends where you would be more happy to have that compromise fall.

Either way, I think she looks spectacular, the paints really suit her.

Looks really good Faerie! I would rather say no sharpening... but it's really a hard decision!
