      I dont know how the mod is called agian. I have too much mods installed and saved a lot of old mods. Read the comment of FinalEntity to look for the mod.
      It is a Whiterun outskirts mod. May be included in "True Skyrim" mod. I am not sure.

   Looks good @DarthDragon2, I believe that's the Whiterun Hold tundra with a mod that adds more trees and grass. Can't remember what it's called, but if you search "Tundra" in the mods and order by endorsements, you should find it easy enough
