It's easy to let orc characters look angry or happy, they have expressive facial features - you just have to change the angle/perspective of the image.
And there is also a console command which you can use to make your character talk: open the console when you are 3rd person view - click on your character with the mouse (you should see some numbers now in the console) - now type say 142b0 and close the console again > then you just have freeze everything (tfc 1) in the right moment to get the expression you want... "say 142b1" - "say 142b5" work as well and give you different facial expressions!
