What mod causes these problems

My Skyrim CTDs all of a sudden, forcing a reinstall and much troubleshooting. It's now back to normal, more or less, except this weird little problem. It also becomes rather sensitive, though, with making some changes sometimes bring the CTD back. So I would like to know what possible mod could cause this, before uninstalling and installing things that could potentially bring the dreaded CTD back.

    check your load order with boss, look on dirty edits or records and clean your dlc's and mods with TES5edit.

    have you tried going through your mod list and activating mods on a clean save till hitting the mod that is causing the problem as well as BOSS for those dirty edits of conflicting mods it should be able to tell you. this is how i can usually find it in a sea of fantastic mods

      Thanks, man. I was hoping to narrow it down a bit before doing that, because I had a ton of mods! It'll take a while to de-activate them then test them one by one.

      If you have not thought of it, try just de-activating the last 5 or so mods you installed, see if you still have problem. If still the same, try 5 more until you have it cleared up. It helps narrow it down quicker. That's what I've had to do a few times.
