   May I ask which helmet that is?
   
   And does it normally go thru the hair like that?

      Looks like Crown Helmets combined with the aMidianBorn Elven Armor - Dark retexture.
      
      And from what I recall (its been awhile since I've actually used the Crown Helmets) hair does normally do that with them.
