I don't see what she have in particular... well... except those two pretty big arguments right there... Mmh... To be fair I think you are right : best follower ever.
I personally think she's irritating as hell and was actually motivated to hurry through the Dawnguard main quest so I could get rid of her. Constantly walking too close, or right up on me, pushing me when I was in dialogue, constantly saying "yes" and asking "do you need something?" Don't get me wrong, this is a great picture, but Serana is annoying as all hell.
