      I'm sorry, it's not a mod really. Truly these character are adults, but I used mods like ECE to be able to construct their faces to resemble children/teens.
      
      I have tried working on a mod to overhaul children...but it's proven difficult. I'll keep working on it, but I am quite busy these days
