On a break from her Dragonborn obligations, Thienlin decided to do some work for the Thieves guild in Rifton. More specifically a special request from Maven Blackbrier herself. Things were definitely looking promising for Thienlin and she readily accepted the job and headed to Whiterun to meet a contact.
It was simple job really, sabotage a rival meadery and gather information as to who the secret sales person was. And things were going perfectly until she unwittingly walked straight into a horde of Skeevers and Spiders.
But Thienlin was not one to be caught by surprise. Her blade hissed angrily as she drew it forth from its scabbard. The weapon flashed brightly in the torch light, cutting a dirty Skeever in two and cracking the exoskeleton of a Spider.
Blood and fur painted the stones, followed by the green slim of the Spiders. Thienlin spun and pivoted around the beasts, severing spider legs and slicing apart Skeevers. She twisted from one Skeevers lung, taking its head as she spun past to impale the last Spider among its many eyes.
Thienlin breathed a sigh of relief and let out a small laugh, 'so much for a simple job' she thought.
Carefully, this time she left the carnage of the Skeevers and Spiders behind, taking care not to slip on the slim and blood that covered the ground.
