Both posters below are correct in their own way. Firstly, please check to make sure that the textures have been extracted to the correct paths. If they have not, then it is likely the purple textures are being caused by incorrect file paths. Secondly, if all textures are in their correct locations, you may be running out of VRAM. Restarting your PC is a temporary fix, but in the end you are going to experience this problem on a semi-regular basis. Tweaking Skyrim for better performance, and getting utilities to help with that will become necessary.

Though, with all that said, I imagine the problem is missing textures. If it is consistent among only a few of the races, they're the ones missing them. If you're using NMM to install then go to the mods folder and actually open the archive for this mod, have a look and see if they've been included, or if they've been set up improperly.
well with all thats been said, I have made the awful decision of just starting from scratch and re-installed Skyrim. I would like to thank everyone for at least helping try and figure out what the hell was going on.
