      it's flying because that jawfish is colliding with dead jawfish (in front of my character).
      
      it doesn't happen if colliding with doodads (like underwater logs, floating icebergs, floating crates)

   never even heard of a jawfish let alone have seen one before.. Ty for expaning my views on the world of skyrim!!
