Arai's stringent remark to brew the tea Neloth likes just perfectly to Teldryn struck a beat. Along with other gifts from Skyrim and from Ara's mainland adventures, Neloth was clearly impressed. Even though Neloth was a bit off and distant, it brought some solace in his heart that another Dunmer succeeded Savos Aren as Archmage of the College of Winterhold.

Although Arai scowled a little when Neloth downranked his achievements at the College by saying that Arai could make a good apprentice in ten or twenty years after Talvos is through. So Arai's overtures at meeting him as an equal did not impress too deeply. Yet deeply enough for Neloth to grant Wizard-Lord robes to Arai. Quickly forgetting the burn to his ego, Arai welcomed the gift with ardour - his very own Telvanni Wizard-Lord robes! He was simply ecstatic. It took Arai just a couple of burst-speed hours to fashion a similar set for his beloved Brelyna, adorning themselves in Telvanni garb.

For the first time since hiring Teldryn Sero, Arai finally heard his drawling bodyguard give a hearty chuckle and a pat on the back. Teldryn even hollered, "For House Telvanni, milord!" Arai particularly beamed at that, thanking him profusely. Teldryn will make a fine Telvanni soldier in time perhaps.
