Why would anyone use the retopo'd mesh for pre-render? The low poly mask does not in any way give fair representation to the final model, and looks quite terrible imo:

As for hands ... what hands? I don't see any hands.
If you are referring to the thickness of the arms, I made the body mesh based on the UNP slim body, and I quite like the proportion of the arms - they certainly do not feel like male arms to me (tastes differ I suppose).
Make hands thin. men's hands, it is not normal for women. (edit mesh - soft selection)
This is nice. When will it be available? Oh, and FWIW I would leave the boots the way they are if possible. They're quite sexy.
