Using Jethead armors, I achieved this with a mix of Sader325\'s \"Mystic Elven Armor - HD\" and swggeekgirl\'s \"Thalmor Robes Recolor Ash Silver\". The blade is from \"Real Silver Swords\" by Gizmodian, and the glowing staff is from Kearsage\'s \"Staves of Skyrim\".
