This is a chracter I've made to look like Illidan Stormrage from Warcraft III and World of warcraft,these are the mods I've used:

The Twin Blades of Azzinoth
Alduins Wings
Male Cleric Armor
Blindfolds of Skyrim

So if you want a Illidan character those are the mods you gonna want. My character was impreial but  i think dark elf would have been better cause of the dark skin.
