   What mod gives you that backpack with the viking-horn etc?

      Well, first the backpack is from Franck Dema you can find it here : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23913
      
      Now the viking horn come with the armor, which is the Hunter Armor and this one comes from the Immersive Armor mod that you can find here : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19733
