These are the slums of a new city called Calmeer in my mod.
It's to give a sense of being over-populated and small. I really like it so far but have a lot to fix up and depending on how it runs on other people computers, will be adding more levels!

      I was going for that kind of look so I'm glad! Oblivion had bigger cities and i wanted to make Calmeer like that because it was always appealing to me!
